In this talk, Self-Realization Fellowship nun Sister Bhakti speaks of how to we can reach — after many incarnations of striving — the fulfillment of the desire we have for perfect love. She describes that it is possible within the disciple-guru relationship for the disciple to find in the pure love of the guru unconditional friendship and understanding. “The guru serves as a pure channel,” she explains, “of that divine love, so that it might become more real to us.” This talk was recorded at the 2012 SRF World Convocation in Los Angeles.
