The following hotels in Downtown Los Angeles will be offering reduced rates for those attending the 2025 SRF World Convocation.
Reservations will be available beginning on February 1, 2025.

Guests can call directly to book hotel rooms, including suites. For reduced rates, be sure to mention the reservation code: Self-Realization Fellowship-Convocation 2025. Please call during office hours (8 a.m. to 6 p.m. PST) on weekdays. The call center after hours does not have access to the exclusive group rates.
You may make a reservation directly with either hotel by using the link provided or by phone.
Please do not send your reservation request or deposit to Self-Realization Fellowship, as we are unable to process your reservations or hotel payments, and the delay could cause you to miss securing your reservation. All reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis.
Select the reservations link for the hotel. The link will direct you to the hotel’s reservations web page, which is encoded to ensure you receive the reduced rate for the 2024 Convocation. A one-night deposit is required with all reservations.
If you have specific needs (room sharing, mini-refrigerator, rollaway bed, etc.) be sure to indicate that in the special requests section.
It is not advisable to send personal information or credit card information by email, as emails are not 100% secure. Of course, you can use email to communicate with the hotel on other matters. Only enter your credit card information on the secure hotel website.
Please contact the hotel at the phone number provided and mention "Self-Realization Fellowship Convocation" to receive the reduced rate offered for this year’s Convocation.
If you need to cancel a reservation, please do so in accordance with the hotel’s cancellation policy. If you cancel, please obtain and retain a cancellation number.
It is very important to receive a hotel reservation confirmation number before you arrive. If you register on the web, your registration number will be given to you immediately upon completing your transaction. If you make your reservations by phone, be sure to obtain a confirmation number from the hotel. Please be sure to contact the hotel directly if you do not receive a confirmation number, as you will need it upon your arrival.
There may be an additional charge for mini-refrigerators or rollaway beds. Please check with the hotel before ordering either of these items.
Please note: The registered guest will be asked to present a government-issued ID (driver's license, passport, etc.) in order to check in to the hotel.
